Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b uzn\u00e1v\u00e1m, \u017ee uvolnit se polosvle\u010den\u00fd na leh\u00e1tku p\u0159ed terapeutkou, kterou vid\u00edte poprv\u00e9 v \u017eivot\u011b, nen\u00ed tak \u00fapln\u011b jednoduch\u00fd. Ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to nen\u00ed jen o tomhle. \u010casto se v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b c\u00edt\u00edme pod tlakem a p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1me se nev\u011bdom\u011b do re\u017eimu boj nebo \u00fat\u011bk \u2026 na\u0161e t\u011blo se zaktivuje, aby situaci zvl\u00e1dlo. Pak by m\u011bla p\u0159ij\u00edt f\u00e1ze vyu\u017eit\u00ed potenci\u00e1lu aktivace t\u011bla a pot\u00e9 by m\u011blo doj\u00edt k uvoln\u011bn\u00ed a n\u00e1vratu do norm\u00e1lu, ale to \u010dasto nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed a my setrv\u00e1v\u00e1me ve stresov\u00e9 reakci, ani\u017e jsme si toho v\u011bdomi. P\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed se dot\u00fdk\u00e1 v\u0161ech t\u011blesn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f. V t\u011ble p\u0159ipraven\u00e9m k boji nen\u00ed \u010das ani prostor pro regeneraci, imunitn\u00ed reakce ani b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 metabolick\u00e9 procesy, apod. energie mus\u00ed b\u00fdt investovan\u00e1 jinam. A\u0165 u\u017e je to nap\u0159\u00edklad sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd pr\u00e1h reaktivnosti na jak\u00fdkoliv podn\u011bt, proto\u017ee jsme zkr\u00e1tka p\u0159ipraveni k reakci\u2026 nespavost nebo neschopnost se soust\u0159edit. My\u0161lenky se chovaj\u00ed jako spla\u0161en\u00e1 opice sk\u00e1kaj\u00edc\u00ed ze stromu na strom. A to to beru opravdu letem sv\u011btem, proto\u017ee hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d tohle p\u00ed\u0161u, je pod\u011blit se o jeden z n\u00e1stroj\u016f, jak nap\u011bt\u00ed v t\u011ble sn\u00ed\u017eit.<\/p>\n<p>Variant, jak z bludn\u00e9ho kruhu ven, je mnoho. Se v\u0161emi ka\u017edodenn\u00edmi povinnostmi se hned vypo\u0159\u00e1dat ned\u00e1, ale co m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat hned, je za\u010d\u00edt m\u011bnit na\u0161i reakci na n\u011b. B\u00fdt si v\u011bdomi dechu a ve chv\u00edl\u00edch, kdy se dech st\u00e1v\u00e1 povrchn\u00ed, ho prohloubit, a zabr\u00e1nit tak prohlouben\u00ed stresov\u00e9 reakce.<\/p>\n<p>Tak tyhle v\u0161echny benefity jsem objevila p\u0159i praktikov\u00e1n\u00ed joga nidry, j\u00f3gov\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku. A m\u00e1 jich mnohem v\u00edce, ale to bych se no\u0159ila zbyte\u010dn\u011b hluboko. Joga nidra je ve sv\u00e9 podstat\u011b veden\u00e1 meditace. Hlas z nahr\u00e1vky v\u00e1s vede ke zklidn\u011bn\u00ed a koncentraci mysli na va\u0161e t\u011blo, na jeho jednotliv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti tak, abyste je uvolnili. Postupn\u011b se p\u0159es uvoln\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bla dost\u00e1v\u00e1te ke zv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed dechu a pr\u00e1ci s protich\u016fdn\u00fdmi pocity. V dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1zi se m\u016f\u017eete pustit do zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho sv\u011bta.<\/p>\n<p>Na Youtube jsem na\u0161la nahr\u00e1vky Bihary school, kde joga nidra vznikla, ale jsou v angli\u010dtin\u011b. Zjistila jsem, \u017ee p\u0159i jejich poslouch\u00e1n\u00ed se nejsem schopna naprosto zrelaxovat, i kdy\u017e v\u0161em slov\u016fm rozum\u00edm. Bu\u010f je to indickou angli\u010dtinou, kter\u00e1 je docela z\u00e1bavn\u00e1, nebo t\u00edm, \u017ee na\u0161e podv\u011bdom\u00ed komunikuje mate\u0159\u0161tinou. Z d\u016fvodu pot\u0159eby nahr\u00e1vky v \u010de\u0161tin\u011b jsem se odhodlala k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed sv\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch nahr\u00e1vek. Nebyla jsem si jist\u00e1, jestli se budu cht\u00edt poslouchat, ale nakonec jsem si na sebe zvykla. Prvn\u00ed nahr\u00e1vky jsou vytvo\u0159en\u00e9, a tak je chci nab\u00eddnout i v\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Moje\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1TRMd1tHfAFHS2NeOnyiGWDAIowzL1ZRn\">prvn\u00ed nahr\u00e1vka<\/a> je sice po otev\u0159en\u00ed nazv\u00e1na jako joga nidra druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st, ale s t\u00edm si hlavu nel\u00e1mejte, u\u017e jsem necht\u011bla nahr\u00e1vku p\u0159et\u00e1\u010det.
