M\u00e9 osobn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti s \u00fazkostmi m\u011b k ayurv\u00e9d\u011b p\u0159ivedly. Pohled auyrv\u00e9dy a doporu\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e1 nab\u00edz\u00ed v souvislosti s \u00fazkostmi pro m\u011b byly tak u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, \u017ee m\u00e1m chu\u0165 je sd\u00edlet. Nebudu se detailn\u011b pou\u0161t\u011bt do vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed ayurv\u00e9dsk\u00fdch pojm\u016f, proto\u017ee jim sama nerozum\u00edm. Vezm\u011bme jen ty nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro pochopen\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitosti. Snad to bude pochopiteln\u00e9 i v m\u00e9m n\u011bkdy a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 v\u0161e propojuj\u00edc\u00edm pod\u00e1n\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayurv\u00e9da je velmi star\u00e1 v\u011bda o \u017eivot\u011b. Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 z\u00e1kony p\u0159\u00edrody k p\u00e9\u010di o \u010dlov\u011bka &#8211; jeho fyzick\u00e9 a du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. Nejde jen o doporu\u010den\u00ed stravy, ale o holistick\u00fd pohled obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed rady ohledn\u011b \u017eivotospr\u00e1vy, v\u00fdb\u011bru aktivit a re\u017eimov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed. Ty jsou u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vych\u00fdlen\u00ed t\u011bla, du\u0161e a mysli z rovnov\u00e1hy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dle ayurv\u00e9dy je cel\u00fd sv\u011bt v\u010detn\u011b na\u0161eho t\u011bla sestaven z p\u011bti prvk\u016f &#8211; prostor, vzduch, ohe\u0148, voda a zem\u011b. Podle jejich vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho &#8222;nam\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220; m\u016f\u017eeme rozli\u0161it t\u0159i d\u00f3\u0161i &#8211; principy nebo tak\u00e9 energie s r\u016fzn\u00fdm p\u016fsoben\u00edm. V\u00e1ta je slo\u017een\u00e1 z prostoru a vzduchu, Pitta z ohn\u011b a vody a Kapha z vody a zem\u011b. Dle jedn\u00e9 z mnoha kategorizac\u00ed lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee V\u00e1ta reprezentuje pohyb, Pitta energii a Kapha strukturu. Dle p\u0159evahy d\u00f3\u0161 v t\u011ble m\u016f\u017eeme u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s ur\u010dit osobn\u00ed konstituci a na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u00e9 d\u00e1t doporu\u010den\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 stravy, re\u017eimu apod. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 konstituce m\u00e1 specifick\u00e9 vlastnosti a inklinuje k specifick\u00fdm neduh\u016fm. Je dobr\u00e9 zn\u00e1t svou konstituci, abychom se udr\u017eovali v p\u00e1smu zdrav\u00ed a v\u011bd\u011bli, jak se projevuje vych\u00fdlen\u00ed z rovnov\u00e1hy. Konstituci si lze nechat vy\u010d\u00edst z pulzu. Ur\u010den\u00ed konstituce z dotazn\u00edku m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u011bkdy zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed, proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zkresleno aktu\u00e1ln\u00edmi nerovnov\u00e1hami v t\u011ble. To, \u017ee jsme ur\u010dit\u00e1 konstituce je\u0161t\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017eeme m\u00edt dysbalanci v jak\u00e9koliv d\u00f3\u0161e. Jsou toti\u017e v ka\u017ed\u00e9m z n\u00e1s p\u0159\u00edtomny v\u0161echny. Jen jejich vych\u00fdlen\u00ed je u ur\u010dit\u00e9 konstituce pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u jin\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A te\u010f u\u017e poj\u010fme k tomu, pro\u010d jste museli \u010d\u00edst ten dlouh\u00fd \u00favod. Dle ayurv\u00e9dy V\u00e1ta d\u00f3\u0161a s\u00eddl\u00ed v tlust\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b, k\u016f\u017ei, plic\u00edch a \u017ealudku a ovliv\u0148uje mozek, sluchov\u00fd org\u00e1n, kosti, klouby, mo\u010dov\u00e9 \u00fastroj\u00ed a stehenn\u00ed svalstvo. Jej\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ha se na t\u011blesn\u00e9 \u00farovni projevuje oslaben\u00fdm tr\u00e1ven\u00edm, nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm, z\u00e1cpou, z\u00e1n\u011bty \u017ealudku a st\u0159ev, \u017elu\u010dn\u00edkov\u00fdmi a ledvinov\u00fdmi kameny, nemocemi kloub\u016f a mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e, jater a nerv\u016f, osteopor\u00f3zou, suchou k\u016f\u017e\u00ed a l\u00e1mavosti neht\u016f. Z ment\u00e1ln\u00edho hlediska reprezentuje V\u00e1ta tyto kvality: n\u00edzkou energii, slabost, citlivost, bystrost, velkou p\u0159edstavivost, kreativitu, originalitu apod. Vych\u00fdlen\u00ed z rovnov\u00e1hy snadno vede k velk\u00e9 n\u00e1ladovosti, agitovanosti, nervozit\u011b, \u00fazkosti, strach\u016fm, hodn\u011b mluvy bez v\u00fdznamu, k poruch\u00e1m sp\u00e1nku a t\u0159esu. &#8222;Kr\u00e1sn\u00e9&#8220; n\u00e1zvy a p\u0159\u00edm\u011bry nerovnov\u00e1hy v ment\u00e1ln\u00ed oblasti jsou vybzikan\u00e1 V\u00e1ta, pocit jako v jedouc\u00ed houkaj\u00edc\u00ed sanitce nebo kdy\u017e kon\u011b ute\u010dou z ohrady (kurzy Kate\u0159iny Halamov\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f3\u0161i jsou vepsan\u00e9 nejen v na\u0161em t\u011ble, ale m\u016f\u017eeme jejich kvalitami popsat i jednotliv\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u00ed obdob\u00ed, denn\u00ed dobu, \u017eivotn\u00ed obdob\u00ed a ud\u00e1losti. Podzim, zima a u \u017een obdob\u00ed po menopauze p\u0159in\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed V\u00e1t\u011b, d\u00e1le pak pozdn\u00ed odpoledne a stm\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Z hlediska poporodn\u00edch \u00fazkost\u00ed je podstatn\u00e9, \u017ee na konci t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, p\u0159i porodu a po n\u011bm tak\u00e9 doch\u00e1z\u00ed k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed V\u00e1ty v t\u011ble. Porod je spojen s velk\u00fdm pohybem energie generovan\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo t\u011blem a to V\u00e1tu zvy\u0161uje enorm\u011b. \u017deny se sklony k v\u00e1tov\u00e9 nerovnov\u00e1ze tak v tomto obdob\u00ed maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed riziko jej\u00edho vzniku nebo prohlouben\u00ed.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, ze m\u00e1 V\u00e1ta kvalitu&nbsp;<strong>pohybu, lehkosti, chladu, suchosti, drsnosti<\/strong>, tak opa\u010dn\u00e9 kvality p\u016fsob\u00ed na nerovnov\u00e1hu V\u00e1ty blahod\u00e1rn\u011b. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm je to stabilita, teplo, pravidelnost a v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e9 j\u00eddlo. Tak trochu opak toho, co p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e1 doba.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak tyto kvality uplatnit v praxi?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stabilita<\/strong>&nbsp;znamen\u00e1 dobr\u00e9 vztahov\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed, nasycen\u00ed pot\u0159eby l\u00e1sky. Sebel\u00e1ska m\u00e1 v tomto ohledu opravdu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 m\u00edsto a m\u016f\u017eeme ji projevovat sebep\u00e9\u010d\u00ed. O t\u00e9 pozd\u011bji. Stabilitu zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed i omezen\u00ed cestov\u00e1n\u00ed a pravidelnost. Pocit stability a ukotven\u00ed je d\u00e1n tak\u00e9 pocitem z prostoru, v kter\u00e9m \u017eijeme. Je dobr\u00e9 usilovat o pravidelnost sp\u00e1nku, v aktivit\u00e1ch a v j\u00eddle. Us\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed do 22 hodiny je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed. Pohyb je dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt pravideln\u00fd a m\u00edrn\u00fd, nap\u0159. ch\u016fze nebo plav\u00e1n\u00ed(samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ne hned po porodu). Av\u0161ak pamatujte, \u017ee proch\u00e1zky ve v\u011btrn\u00e9m a chladn\u00e9m po\u010das\u00ed vybzikan\u00e9 V\u00e1t\u011b tak\u00e9 nepomohou.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stravov\u00e1n\u00ed je podstatn\u00e1 kapitola, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b stravou m\u016f\u017eeme mnoho zlep\u0161it a naopak. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je nastolit pravidelnost, aby bylo t\u011blo p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 na j\u00eddlo a vzalo z n\u011bj maximum, ani\u017e by ho to zat\u00ed\u017eilo. V dob\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho tr\u00e1vic\u00edho ohn\u011b, co\u017e je 11-14 hodina je dobr\u00e9 sn\u00edst ob\u011bd. V\u00e1tu zhor\u0161uje mnoho syrov\u00e9 stravy, pe\u010divo, su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce, nad\u00fdmav\u00e1 zelenina, sma\u017een\u00e1 j\u00eddla, jogurty, cukr, ho\u0159k\u00e9, trpk\u00e9 a p\u00e1liv\u00e9 pokrmy a pit\u00ed studen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f a k\u00e1va. Odpoledne kolem \u010dtvrt\u00e9 se V\u00e1ta za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 zvy\u0161ovat, tak je dobr\u00e9 si toho b\u00fdt v\u011bdom a nepodlehnout chuti na dobr\u016ftky z b\u00edl\u00e9ho cukru, kter\u00e9 V\u00e1tu d\u00e1le zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed. Pro harmonizaci V\u00e1ty je skv\u011bl\u00e9 zlat\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko neboli kurkuma lat\u00e9. Ko\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nab\u00edz\u00ed nap\u0159. P\u0159epu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 m\u00e1slo(ghi) je dal\u0161\u00ed z ayurv\u00e9dsk\u00fdch poklad\u016f pacifikuj\u00edc\u00edch V\u00e1tu. Tyto potraviny jsou skv\u011bl\u00e9 zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 u t\u011bch &#8222;vysu\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch typ\u016f&#8220;. Lidem se sklony k snadn\u00e9mu p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed by tyto dv\u011b doporu\u010den\u00ed asi pocitov\u011b ani re\u00e1ln\u011b neud\u011blaly tak dob\u0159e.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V r\u00e1mci sebep\u00e9\u010de by byla velk\u00e1 \u0161koda opomenout V\u00e1tu harmonizujic\u00ed techniku zvanou abhyanga- celot\u011blov\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>mas\u00e1\u017e tepl\u00fdm olejem<\/strong>. Tepl\u00fd olej m\u00e1 kvality opa\u010dn\u00e9 k suchosti, drsnosti a chladu, tak\u017ee je skv\u011bl\u00fdm prost\u0159edkem k jej\u00ed harmonizaci. Ud\u011blat si ve\u010der chv\u00edli pro sebe a promazat cel\u00e9 t\u011blo tepl\u00fdm olejem je kr\u00e1sn\u00fd v\u00e1tu uklid\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed ritu\u00e1l. Doporu\u010den\u00fd je seznamov\u00fd olej. Ur\u010dit\u011b se ale daj\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edt i jin\u00e9. J\u00e1 m\u00e1m v oblib\u011b meru\u0148kov\u00fd a mandlov\u00fd. V t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed&nbsp;&nbsp;a po porodu je tato mas\u00e1\u017e velmi doporu\u010dovan\u00e1 i ka\u017edodenn\u011b a to zejm\u00e9na v oblasti b\u0159icha, kde V\u00e1ta s\u00eddl\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupn\u011b se mi poda\u0159ilo do \u017eivota zapojit v\u011bt\u0161inu z t\u011bchto doporu\u010den\u00ed a vid\u00edm zm\u011bnu. \u00daleva nastala u\u017e tehdy, kdy\u017e mi tyto ayurv\u00e9dsk\u00e9 pojmy pomohly se v problematice \u00fazkost\u00ed l\u00e9pe zorientovat a pojmenovat p\u0159esn\u011b to, co jsem uvnit\u0159 pro\u017e\u00edvala. D\u00e1le se mi da\u0159\u00ed vid\u011bt a c\u00edtit u\u017e jemn\u00e9 vych\u00fdlen\u00ed z du\u0161evn\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy a m\u00edt po ruce v\u00edce prost\u0159edk\u016f, jak svou V\u00e1ti\u010dku nasm\u011brovat tam, kde ned\u011bl\u00e1 neplechu.
